30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your order date through our Contact page, with your order number and a short note on what went wrong. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Download problems. If your download link does not arrive, does not work or the file is damaged, contact us and we will resend a working copy at no cost.

Processing. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the credit.
